Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Summit Drain & Plumbing website and your use of any service, visit, or maintenance plan at 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO. By booking a service call, purchasing a maintenance plan, or using this site you agree to be bound by them.
Template text — replace with terms reviewed by your own counsel before launch.
2. Service & Maintenance Plan Terms
Maintenance plans are month-to-month and renew automatically on the same calendar day each month using the payment method on file. Rates are locked for the duration of continuous enrollment; if you cancel and rejoin, current rates apply.
Plans cover the service address on file and are non-transferable. Work at any other property is quoted separately at standard flat-rate pricing.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancel any maintenance plan with 30 days written notice to hello@summitdrainplumbing.com. Your plan stays active and billable through the end of that notice period. Plans may be placed on hold for up to 90 days per calendar year at no cost.
Appointments may be cancelled up to 12 hours before your arrival window at no penalty. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a trip charge. Completed work is covered by our written warranty rather than refunded.
4. Access, Risk & Liability
Plumbing work involves water, gas, and existing conditions inside walls that cannot be seen before work begins. You represent that you are authorized to approve work at the property and that you have disclosed known defects, prior repairs, and pending insurance claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Summit Drain & Plumbing, its owners, technicians, and staff from liability for loss or damage arising out of pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or deferred repairs you declined, except where caused by our negligence.
5. Site Conditions & Conduct
Please provide safe access to the work area, secure pets, and clear stored items from around fixtures and shutoffs. We reserve the right to stop work and leave for harassment, unsafe conditions, or hazardous materials discovered on site.
6. SMS & Marketing Consent
By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional and marketing messages from Summit Drain & Plumbing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact hello@summitdrainplumbing.com or (303) 555-0142.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, service address, billing details, property and equipment details you share with your technician, and any message you send through our forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL — through analytics and standard server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To schedule and deliver your service, process payments, keep accurate records of work performed, respond to inquiries, send appointment updates, and — where you have consented — send marketing about seasonal offers.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors, dispatch and scheduling software, email and SMS providers, and analytics tools. Each is bound to use it only on our behalf.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This site uses cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can block cookies in your browser settings and enable a do-not-track signal; core booking functionality may be limited if you do.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain customer records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and liability obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
6. Your Rights
To request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact Summit Drain & Plumbing at hello@summitdrainplumbing.com or (303) 555-0142. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Accounts and service requests are made by adult property owners or authorized tenants.
