Summit Drain & Plumbing opened in 2018 with one van, one master plumber, and a belief that honest pricing beats a slick sales pitch every time. What started as after-hours calls around Boulder, CO grew into a family-run, licensed, bonded and insured company serving hundreds of customers — teachers, nurses, parents, retirees, and the occasional contractor. We still quote every job flat-rate, still answer the phone at 2am, and still clean up before we leave.

Flat-rate, always. You approve the total price before we touch a wrench, and it doesn't change once the work starts — not if the job runs long, not if it takes two technicians instead of one.
Every repair comes with a written warranty on both parts and labor, and manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are registered for you. If the same problem comes back inside the warranty period, we come back at no charge.
No. Drop cloths go down, shoe covers go on, and the work area gets cleaned before we leave. Old parts and packaging leave with us — you shouldn't be able to tell we were there except that the plumbing works.
For active leaks, burst pipes and sewage backups we dispatch 24/7 and are usually on site within 60 to 90 minutes anywhere in Boulder. You get a live person on the phone, a tight arrival window, and a text when the technician is on the way.
